Hamilton County Solicitation for Three Ford F-350 EMA Support Vehicles

The Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, on behalf of the Hamilton County Engineers Department, is soliciting bids for three Ford F-350 utility body EMA support vehicles. The selected vendor must provide new, mission-specific crew cab, dual rear wheel, diesel-powered cab-chassis trucks upfit with service/utility work bodies designed primarily to tow mission-specific trailers and equipment for emergency management and disaster response operations. Bidding is restricted to onshore US organizations. All questions must be submitted by October 26, 2026. Bidders must submit proposals electronically via B2Gnow or as sealed paper bids to the Hamilton County Purchasing Department by 11:00 AM EST on November 5, 2026. Submissions must include a Cover Sheet with a required actual bid bond or certified check, a completed Bid Submission and Cost Sheet, company location and history details, and required forms including the Registration Form, Proposal or Bid Form, and Personal Property Tax Form.
