Managed Software Asset Management, Licence Compliance and Optimisation Service

The Environmental Protection Agency seeks a supplier to provide a managed software asset management (SAM), licence compliance, and optimisation service. The required scope includes delivering a cloud-hosted SAM platform as Software as a Service (SaaS), along with fully managed hosting, operation, maintenance, updates, backup, recovery, support, and technology lifecycle monitoring. The contractor will perform the work offsite to maintain accurate software inventories, demonstrate compliance, optimise expenditure, and support software renewals and audits. Only onshore organizations based in Ireland are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit all questions no later than November 12, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals, and the work will be governed under the EPA Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Services.
