City of Shreveport Sale of Surplus Immovable Property at 2139 Greenwood Road

The City of Shreveport is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB #26-056) for the sale of surplus immovable property and improvements located at 2139 Greenwood Road. The property features an 8,235 square foot office building with concrete parking and drives. Eligible USA organizations can submit bids to purchase the property, which will be awarded as a single item to the highest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit a signed Bid Form (COS BID FORM #1) along with a bid bond or bank cashier's check for ten percent of the bid amount payable to the City of Shreveport. Sealed bids must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Office of the Purchasing Agent by 2:00 P.M. on November 17, 2026, or submitted electronically via BidNetDirect. Faxed or emailed bids are not accepted. Questions must be submitted via email or fax no later than November 5, 2026, or seven working days prior to bid opening. The successful purchaser must pay the full purchase price within 45 days of award notification and cover all closing, survey, title, and recording costs.
