Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario Moodle Learning Platform Migration and Hosting Services

The Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario seeks proposals from Canadian-hosted, onshore organizations to migrate and operate its RIDA Moodle learning platform. Scope includes Canadian managed hosting, discovery, architecture, data and course migration, maintenance, security, backup, recovery, and candidate support. All implementation work must be proposed on a fixed-price basis. The contract covers an initial one-year implementation and managed services period with two one-year managed-services renewal options at the buyer's sole discretion. Submissions are evaluated on technical architecture and migration strategy (25%), hosting, operation, security, SLA, and support capability (25%), compliance and understanding (20%), vendor experience and references (15%), and pricing (15%). Written questions are due by October 30, 2026, and digital proposals must be submitted in PDF format by November 15, 2026. All pricing must be in Canadian dollars.
