Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD Request for Proposals for Stop Loss Insurance Coverage

Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is soliciting proposals for stop loss insurance services. The selected vendor must provide monthly data warehouse reports at no charge, deliver monthly claims experience data, and ensure benefits are payable based on plan documents. Additionally, the third-party administrator must integrate weekly pharmacy vendor feeds into the medical management program to carve out pharmacy benefits. Only insurance companies licensed in the state of Texas and US-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Euna Bonfire bidding portal by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online by November 2, 2026. The district will evaluate proposals based on best value regardless of price.
