Spring-Share Patron Point Renewal Services for the County of Los Angeles

The County of Los Angeles is seeking proposals for Spring-Share Patron Point renewal services. The contractor will provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable SaaS license for the Patron Point subscription, alongside offsite performance, daily data backups, ongoing software enhancements, and business continuity management. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The subscription term runs from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.
