Respiratory Fit Testers Hardware as a Service for HAMMER

Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC (HMIS) requires a contractor to provide respiratory fit testers as hardware as a service for HAMMER in Richland, Washington. The scope includes providing four PortaCount Model 8040 and three PortaCount Model 8048 units owned by the subcontractor, along with yearly cleaning, calibration, proactive device exchange, repairs, and firmware and software updates. Only US organizations are eligible to submit proposals, and performance must take place onsite. Offerors must direct all questions to the Procurement Specialist by October 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Proposals are due by November 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST and must be organized into three distinct volumes covering technical proposals, price support information, and pricing backup. HMIS will evaluate proposals using a lowest price technically acceptable method with pass/fail evaluation factors, reserving the right to award without further discussions.
