Construction Engineering Inspection Services for the Replacement of Mill Road Bridge

The City of Stamford is requesting proposals for resident Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the replacement of Mill Road Bridge No. 135008 over the East Branch of Mianus River. The selected vendor must provide a fully qualified Resident Engineer/Chief Inspector with required supervisory and field experience, alongside sufficient staff to perform administrative functions, inspection, checking of construction layout, material submittal reviews, survey, claims analysis, and final closeout documents. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Proposers must submit their responses online via ProcureWare by November 12, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. Questions must be submitted individually through ProcureWare's Clarifications feature no later than October 29, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. The fee proposal for the CEI services must be formatted as a lump sum.
