Alabama Port Authority McDuffie 43E Low Voltage Switchboard Equipment and Installation

The Alabama Port Authority requires a vendor to provide a complete, fully functional 480/277-volt low voltage switchboard for the McDuffie 43E project in Mobile, AL. The requested scope includes switchboard sections, main and feeder circuit breakers, metering, control power equipment, grounding provisions, full interconnections, and a delivery schedule with associated liquidated damages. Bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations and submit required bid documents, proposal forms, and bid bonds. Sealed proposals must be delivered via courier by 1:30 P.M. on November 12, 2026, or hand-delivered between 1:45 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. on the same date. The buyer will not accept faxed or electronic submissions and will evaluate bids based on a combination of price and schedule. Proposals must remain valid for 60 calendar days.
