Land of Sky Regional Council Pay and Classification Analysis Service

Land of Sky Regional Council is seeking proposals for a Pay and Classification Analysis Service. The selected vendor must conduct a compensation and classification study to align the organization's pay and benefits with external market needs, resolve salary compression and inequities, review job families, adjust internal career pathways, and provide actionable policy recommendations and implementation guidance. Work will be performed offsite. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals must be delivered digitally as a signed PDF of no more than 20 pages via email to [email protected] by November 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by October 30, 2026. Submissions will be evaluated based on Firm Qualifications and Key Personnel Experience (30%) and the Fee Proposal (20%), along with completeness and adherence to requirements. Proposals must include a pricing proposal with capped expenses, three references, and required attachments.
