Town of North Collins General Liability and Automobile Insurance Coverage Service

The Town Board of the Town of North Collins needs a vendor to provide comprehensive general liability and automobile insurance coverage for the town located in North Collins, NY. Qualified insurance carriers, brokers, and risk pools that are USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Contract specifications are available free of charge at the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours. Bidders must submit sealed proposals in an envelope clearly marked "PROPOSAL FOR MUNICIPAL GENERAL LIABILITY & AUTO INSURANCE." Responses can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Town Clerk's office, or submitted digitally via email or online, by 4:00 PM on Monday, December 14, 2026. The Town Board will publicly open and read all bids on December 14, 2026, at 6:15 PM.
