Provision of Appraiser Services for Tax Appeals for North Arlington

The Borough of North Arlington is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms and individuals to provide appraiser services for tax appeals. The selected respondent will assist the borough by delivering high-quality, cost-effective tax appeal appraisal services offsite. Eligible applicants include USA-based onshore organizations and firms that demonstrate the capability and willingness to satisfy the borough's qualification criteria. Applicants must prepare proposals at their own expense and submit administrative items, including a summary page, an executed Letter of Qualification, principal information, and an executed Letter of Intent. Respondents must submit one original hard copy to the Borough Clerk at 214 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ 07031, or email their submission, which is the preferred method. The application deadline is December 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The Borough and its Review Team will evaluate proposals based on the required information, strict conformance to instructions, and the respondent's reputation, experience, and capability.
