Umpiring and Officiating Services for Cobb County Adult and Youth Athletic Programs

Cobb County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide umpiring and officiating services for its adult and youth athletic programs across PARKS facilities. The requested scope includes supplying trained, uniformed, registered, and qualified officials for softball, flag football, basketball, volleyball, and kickball league and tournament games. Organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit bids for all sports or for a specific sport. Performance of the work will take place onsite in Cobb County, Georgia. Qualified vendors must submit questions through the eProcurement Portal before 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted digitally via the eProcurement Portal or email before 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026. Bidders must agree to maintain firm pricing throughout the initial contract term, which extends for 36 full months from the award date. Selected contractors must also satisfy all Cobb County insurance, licensing, and reporting requirements prior to beginning work.
