Facilities Use and Needs Assessment Service for Town-Owned Properties

The Town of Wendell, North Carolina, seeks proposals for RFP #677-TM27-02 to conduct a comprehensive facilities use and needs assessment of all town-owned properties. The selected vendor will evaluate current space utilization, departmental adjacencies, workflow relationships, and operational optimization.
