Town of Stillwater County Route 76 Corridor Study

The Capital Region Transportation Council is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified firms or individuals to conduct the Town of Stillwater County Route 76 Corridor Study. The selected vendor will identify potential safety and mobility improvements, shared-use path and pedestrian enhancements, and examine the potential for transit and microtransit integration along the corridor. Qualified onshore (USA) organizations are eligible to apply, and performance of the work will be offsite. Applicants must submit letters of interest via email to [email protected] by 5:00 PM EST on November 27, 2026. Paper and flash drive submissions will not be accepted. The contract term is 12 months from execution, and the study has a fixed consultant services budget of $100,000.
