Harris County Request for Qualifications for Flood Risk Management Project Services

Harris County requires a vendor to provide flood risk management project services offsite in Houston, Texas. The scope encompasses project management and coordination, engineering and design documentation, cost and schedule risk analysis, field work investigations, traffic control analysis, bidding phase support, on-call construction engineering and design support, and record drawings. Eligible bidders are limited to USA organizations based onshore. Interested parties must submit all project questions by November 4, 2026.
