Township of Cranford Request for Proposals for Planning Board Services

The Township of Cranford is seeking proposals for planning services for its Planning Board. The required scope includes site and land use planning, reviewing site plans and subdivisions, preparing review memoranda, attending Planning Board meetings, reviewing land use ordinances, and advising on affordable housing obligations.
