Hyperspectral Cameras with Benchtop Reflectance System for Texas A&M AgriLife

Texas A&M AgriLife Procurement is seeking proposals to supply hyperspectral cameras with a benchtop reflectance system on an as-needed basis to its location in College Station, Texas. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the performance of the work will occur offsite. All offered items must be new and unused, meet applicable OSHA standards, and include standard manufacturer warranties. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the AggieBuy e-procurement platform or by mail to the Texas A&M AgriLife Procurement Office before the specified bid opening date and time. Bids must quote pricing on a per-unit basis and reflect F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed terms. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. Tie bids will be evaluated based on statutory state preference sequences or determined by a coin toss if pricing and preferences remain equal.
