City of San Francisco IT Commodities and Professional Services Micro LBE Set-Aside

The City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration is seeking proposals from qualified USA-based suppliers to provide IT commodities and professional services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes implementation and configuration, system design and development, data conversion, cybersecurity assessments, network configuration, website development, and business intelligence reporting. Work must be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only onshore USA organizations participating in the City's Technology Marketplace Micro LBE Set-Aside process are eligible to bid. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 3, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 10, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing system by the November 23, 2026 finish time, entering a bid price of $0.01 alongside the required proposal documentation.
