Affordable Housing Planning Services for the Township of Cranford

The Township of Cranford, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals for offsite affordable housing planning services through a fair and open process. The selected vendor will handle site and land use planning, project design, redevelopment plan preparation, report drafting, master plan implementation, ordinance reviews, and attend Planning Board and Township Committee meetings. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations with at least five years of experience providing affordable housing planning services to local governmental entities. Applicants must submit one original, one hard copy, and one digital copy on a USB drive in an opaque sealed envelope to the Township Clerk. Submissions must include a cost proposal indicating the fee basis, proof of Errors and Omissions Insurance of at least $2 million per claim, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and an Owner Disclosure Statement. Township professionals will evaluate proposals based on qualifications, experience, reputation, understanding of scope, reasonableness of the cost proposal, and inclusion of required information. The Township will not reimburse travel expenses.
