Iraq Support Training Coordination, Implementation, Logistics, Communications, and Media Activities

The World Bank Group seeks a qualified onshore USA firm to manage training coordination, implementation, logistics, communications, and media activities in Iraq. Under the PROSPECTS partnership, the selected firm will support a Training of Trainers component and deliver direct business and financial management skills training to at least 300 female entrepreneurs in Federal Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Scope includes providing key personnel (Training Coordinator, Deputy Training Coordinator, and Account Manager), screening applicants using provided scorecards, designing call for applications, managing event logistics in Baghdad and Erbil, translating materials into Arabic and Kurdish, and producing testimonial videos. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations (onshore) with relevant experience in donor-funded programs and operations in Iraq. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are evaluated on the firm's qualification in the assignment field, technical and managerial capabilities, core business history, and key staff qualifications. Interested firms must submit EOIs electronically via the WBG procurement portal by November 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT.
