Provision of Consulting Engineer Services for the Borough of North Arlington

The Borough of North Arlington is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms to provide consulting engineer services. The selected consulting engineer must prepare estimates for proposed work, attend requested Mayor, Council, and department meetings, hold current Professional Engineering and Professional Surveying licenses, maintain a $1 million liability policy, and operate as a Certified Municipal Engineer. Performance of the work will take place offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only onshore USA organizations with demonstrated capabilities are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit a bound Qualification Statement incorporating a summary page, an executed Letter of Qualification, an executed Letter of Intent, and details regarding all firm principals. Submissions are due by December 3, 2026. The Borough's Review Team will evaluate proposals based on experience and reputation in the field, general knowledge of the Borough, and availability to attend required meetings. The contract term for the Borough Engineer is one year.
