Architectural Design and Consulting Services for the Trenton Carver Center Building

The City of Trenton Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals from onshore USA organizations for architectural design and consulting services for the Trenton Carver Center Building located at 40 Fowler St. The selected vendor will perform work offsite at their own office premises for a contract period of one year. This project is funded in whole or in part by the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program, and MBE, WBE, and DBE entities are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants must include a completed proposer checklist, signed mandatory forms, and net pricing covering all required labor and materials. Vendors must also provide proof of required insurance, including $1,000,000 in professional liability coverage and general liability limits of $1,000,000 combined single limit and $2,000,000 aggregate. Any requests for written interpretations or addenda must be submitted at least seven days before the proposal due date. Proposals must be received by the Division of Purchasing by November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
