Licensed Master Social Worker Services for Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians

The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians seeks a Licensed Master Social Worker certified by the State of Michigan to provide health services at the LTBB Crooked Tree Wellness Clinic in Petoskey, Michigan. The selected contractor must deliver an average of 20 hours per week of onsite counseling, psychological assessments, treatment planning, and case reviews to eligible patients, alongside submitting programmatic and financial recommendations to the Health Director. Only USA-based organizations with Michigan-certified LMSW staff may bid. Proposals must be submitted to Mandy Szocinski by email or U.S. mail no later than December 1, 2026, at 3:30 PM local time. Submissions must include hourly rates for each year from 2027 through 2030, relevant experience, copies of licenses, and certificates of insurance for malpractice, vehicle, and commercial general liability. A team will evaluate proposals using a 100-point scale based on budget considerations, staff qualifications, similar project experience, tribal culture knowledge, past performance references, and Native American or small business preferences.
