Professional Land Use Board Planner Services for the Borough of Bradley Beach

The Borough of Bradley Beach is seeking proposals for professional Land Use Board Planner services for the year 2027. Work will be performed onsite in Monmouth County, New Jersey, for a contract period of one year. Bidders must be based onshore in the USA and comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Applicants must submit electronically sealed proposals on BIDNET by December 1, 2026, at 11:00 am prevailing time. All questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026. Submissions must include required certifications, including notarized non-contingent fee disclosures and certifications regarding non-involvement in investment activities in Iran, Russia, or Belarus. The Borough will evaluate proposals and award the contract to the most advantageous firm based on price and other factors.
