Guided Written Content Development Services for Public Content and Digital Copy

The buyer requires an onshore US organization to provide offsite, guided written content development services on an as-needed, on-demand basis. The scope includes content strategy and planning, developing content proposals and editorial plans, adapting existing materials, and writing web copy, press releases, media advisories, and social media content. The selected vendor must also copyedit, proofread, manage stakeholder revisions, maintain version control, and deliver final editable source files in agency-specified formats. Only US organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online for a five-year contract period.
