Public Safety Answering Point Evaluation Services for PSAP Consolidation in Dane County

The County of Dane seeks a vendor to provide public safety answering point (PSAP) evaluation services for PSAP consolidation. The selected vendor must evaluate CAD, RMS, and NG911 telephony readiness, review system interfaces, data governance, cybersecurity, and continuity planning, and assess operational workflows and staffing models. Scope also includes evaluating network infrastructure, performing financial analyses with long-term cost modeling, establishing data migration and retention strategies, and recommending performance metrics for future-proofing. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors within the USA, and performance of work must be onsite. Questions must be submitted electronically by November 19, 2026, and final responses are due by December 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Proposals must be submitted online through the OpenGov portal. An award will be granted to the highest scoring responsive and responsible proposer, or through a best and final offer process, for a one-year contract term.
