Utah Division of Purchasing Emerging Contaminants Technical Assistance Services

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing requires vendor services to provide engineering technical assistance for emerging contaminants remediation to small and rural community public water systems in Utah. The selected vendor will evaluate water system capacity, develop planning reports, and create technical designs for remediation. Work may occur onsite or offsite under a five-year contract. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Vendors must submit all questions through U3P by November 6, 2026. Proposals will undergo a technical evaluation, and vendors meeting the minimum score threshold will advance to a cost evaluation, where the lowest total cost receives the maximum cost points.
