Jail Food Services for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Corrections Division

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Corrections Division is seeking proposals from qualified food service providers to prepare and serve meals for inmates at the Jefferson County Jail in Port Hadlock, Washington. The selected vendor must provide jail food and beverage services that comply with all applicable guidelines, laws, and regulations. Performance of the work is onsite for a three-year contract period. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Interested proposers must submit any questions by November 16, 2026. Final proposals must be emailed in MS Word or PDF format to Chief Corrections Deputy David Fortino no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 23, 2026. Submissions are limited to 30 pages and must include a cover letter, a signed copy of page 1 of the RFP, completed Exhibit C documents, and a detailed pricing and staffing plan.
