Request for Information for Buda Championship Park Concession Services

The City of Buda, Texas is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research, information, and planning feedback for managing, staffing, and operating concession services at Buda Championship Park. Potential operational scopes include managing day-to-day operations, providing food and beverage products, managing point-of-sale systems, inventory management, menu development, pricing recommendations, staffing coordination, temporary or mobile operations, and maintaining health and safety standards. This RFI is strictly for information-gathering purposes and will not result in a contract award. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit responses. Interested parties must submit written questions electronically via the City's procurement portal by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Submissions must be uploaded through the portal by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The City will not score, rank, or evaluate proposals to award a contract, and no project budget is allocated for this request.
