Butte County RFP 34-27 Older Adult Home Delivery Nutrition Program Service

Butte County Administration seeks proposals for RFP 34-27 to provide an older adult home delivery nutrition program service under CDBG Activity No. 25-CDBG-10020. The selected vendor must expand home-delivered meal nutrition services to 100 unique, eligible older adults in Oroville, California, including underserved areas. Required services include delivering nutritionally appropriate meals meeting dietary guidelines with reasonable accommodations, identifying proposed delivery routes, and creating a marketing and outreach plan targeting eligible beneficiaries, community service providers, and local agencies. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and respondents must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier.
