Data Transport Services and Fiber-Optic Network Solution

The government authority located in Maine requires a vendor to provide data transport services and a fiber-optic based network solution. The selected vendor will deliver high-speed interconnectivity, commodity Internet access, Internet2 connectivity, and dark fiber services to connect approximately 900 K-20 schools, libraries, state and local governments, research institutions, and other non-profit entities to a university point of presence. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than November 9, 2026, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget.
