Electronic As-Built Surveys for City Hall, Fire Station, and Maintenance Yard

The City of Indian Wells is soliciting proposals from qualified surveying consultants to prepare comprehensive interior and exterior electronic building as-built surveys. The selected consultant must perform 3D laser scanning and deliver survey data, 2D CAD floor plans, elevations, and Building Information Models for City Hall, Fire Station #55, and the City Maintenance Yard Building. Work includes tying all data to local benchmarks and the North American Vertical Datum. Eligibility is open to onshore USA organizations that can maintain required licenses, including a City of Indian Wells business license. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via PlanetBids by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. All questions must be submitted via PlanetBids by 2:00 PM on November 2, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on understanding of RFP requirements, reliability, references for comparable services, personnel resumes, and any distinguishing skills or features.
