Janitorial Services for Multiple Sites Throughout the Edinburg Residency

The Virginia Department of Transportation requires janitorial services for multiple sites throughout the Edinburg Residency, including locations in Winchester, VA. The selected vendor will perform onsite cleaning duties, such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning interior glass, stocking and sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning fixtures, chrome, and shelving. The contract term is one year, with potential renewal options. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:00 AM EST on November 5, 2026, at the VDOT Winchester Area Headquarters. All questions must be submitted by November 06, 2026, and final bids are due by 4:00 PM EST/EDT on November 16, 2026.
