Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant Services for Settlement Housing Fund

Settlement Housing Fund, Inc. seeks a qualified consultant or consultant team to develop an integrated, measurable, and sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. The selected vendor will perform offsite work across three main scope areas: organizational alignment, training and capacity building, and implementation and change management support. Deliverables include an organizational DEI strategy, an assessment summary, policy review workplans, training curricula, practical staff tools, and a final recommendations report. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations, and prior experience with New York City housing nonprofits is strongly preferred. Proposers must submit a workplan, proposed hours, cost, timeframe, firm/consultant resumes, and past project experience digitally via email to President Judy Herbstman at [email protected]. Proposals are evaluated on a rolling basis, with finalist virtual meetings as needed. SHF anticipates selecting a consultant by December 15 for an initial six-month contract term, with options to renew based on performance and ongoing need.
