Town of Bedford Firework Display Service for Annual July 3rd Independence Day Observances

The Town of Bedford seeks a vendor to provide a high-quality, choreographed firework display within town limits on July 3rd of each year. The required scope includes an artistic design with a narrative description and a structured display featuring a distinct opening, middle, and grand finale set to a blend of contemporary and patriotic music. The onsite performance contract term will run for one year. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations authorized to sell insurance in Virginia. Vendors must email all questions by November 13, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by December 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time.
