City of Akron Custodial Services for Ed Davis Community Center

The City of Akron Purchasing Division is requesting proposals to provide custodial services for the Ed Davis Community Center located in Akron, OH. The scope of work includes spot-cleaning and vacuuming carpets, auto-scrubbing hard-surface floors, disinfecting sinks, water fountains, and door handles, cleaning glass, wiping countertops, and disposing of waste. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with fixed pricing, and the award will go to the most responsive and responsible proposal based on price, scope conformity, financial ability, and other objective factors.
