Washington State University Research Park Custodial Services RFQQ

Washington State University requests qualifications and price quotes for Research Park custodial services across approximately 10,103 square feet of common areas and tenant office space in Buildings 1 and 2. The selected contractor must supply all labor, supervision, trained personnel, background-checked employees, cleaning equipment, and supplies. Work must occur during normal business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the contractor must submit monthly service activity reports. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Prospective bidders may schedule an advance facility tour for November 10, 2026. Bidders must submit questions to the procurement coordinator by October 30, 2026, and WSU will post answers to WEBS on November 6, 2026. Bidders must email proposals in PDF or Word format, along with the completed Exhibit B Excel price quote, by December 1, 2026.
