TriMet Line 33 Fiber Optic Cable and Hardware Installation and Construction Services

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms under ITB No. BCF270019LC for Line 33 fiber optic cable, hardware installation, and construction services offsite in Oregon. Bidders must be registered on TriMet's eProcurement System (TriP$) to submit bids and receive addenda. A pre-bid meeting will take place via WebEx on October 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Local Time, with attendance limited to three representatives per bidder. To be eligible, bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bid submission and must file a public work bond with the CCB. Submissions require a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or irrevocable letter of credit for 10 percent of the total bid price. Bidders must also provide 100 percent payment and performance bonds prior to starting work and certify compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries prevailing wage rates.
