St. Louis Community College Architectural, Engineering, and Technical Consulting Services

St. Louis Community College is seeking experience and qualifications submittals from architectural, engineering, and technical consulting firms for indefinite quantity architectural, engineering, and technical consulting services for fiscal year 2027. The selected consultant will provide services for facilities-related projects across various college campuses and facility locations. The required scope includes programming, pre-design, site planning, civil engineering, code reviews, design development, landscape design, environmental and geotechnical testing, and project coordination. All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026. Interested firms must submit their digital qualifications before November 15, 2026. Submittals must include a cover letter, a maximum two-page response to specific evaluation questions, an SF 330 Part II form, a list of at least 10 project references, an insurance certificate, and a statement of commitment regarding project response times. Evaluation points will be awarded based on firm background, open-end agreement experience, available service types, project specialties, cost control history, educational client experience, and response time commitment. The initial contract term is for one year, covering July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to renew.
