New Castle County Public Buildings and Facilities Repairs and Improvement Services

New Castle County's Department of Public Works is seeking bids from general contractors to perform various repairs on county-owned or managed buildings in New Castle, DE, on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes roof replacement and repairs, structural repairs, plumbing, hot water heaters, masonry and concrete work, carpentry and drywall, painting, and glass repair. Bidders must bid on at least six of these eight trades. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations that hold a current New Castle County General Contractors License or a general contractors license from their current state or municipality, with the requirement to apply for an NCC license if awarded. Bidders must submit all required trade, local, or state licenses and proof of insurance with their bid, along with a response time for each section quoted. Proposals must be 10 pages or fewer, excluding procurement forms, and include a company overview cover letter. Questions are due no later than November 09, 2026.
