Amelia County requires qualified bidders for the Amelia County Voter Registrar Renovation project located at 16360 Dunn Street in Amelia Court House, Virginia. The requested scope of work includes interior renovations such as constructing new dividing walls, replacing flooring and ceiling tiles, painting, installing new restroom fixtures, and adding reception casework. The contractor must also install new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems, alongside a generator providing full power to the voter registrar area and the spaces directly above it.
