Ditch Cleaning and Clearing Services at Newark Liberty International Airport

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey requires a vendor to provide ditch cleaning and clearing services at Newark Liberty International Airport. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment operators, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to clear litter, debris, and garbage from six peripheral ditch locations. Services will occur on an on-call basis between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must take place onsite. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via Euna by the due date of November 13, 2026. The resulting contract period will last for three years.
