Idaho Division of Purchasing Dispatch Console Cleaning and Maintenance Services

The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking proposals for specialized biannual dispatch console cleaning and preventive maintenance services for designated Idaho State Police (ISP) facilities. The scope includes on-site cleaning of computer consoles, monitors, keyboards, mice, CPU exteriors, desks, wiring, server equipment, vents, and associated control room and server room surfaces while keeping centers operational. Vendors must use low-scent products appropriate for sensitive electronics. Eligibility is restricted to USA-based onshore organizations. Work must be performed on-site at ISP facilities in Idaho. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Idaho e-Procurement System (IPRO) with firm pricing in U.S. Dollars valid for at least 90 days. Questions regarding the solicitation must be directed in writing to the designated purchasing representative.
