Illinois Central Management Services 5-Day Janitorial Services in East Alton

Central Management Services, acting on behalf of the State of Illinois, requires a vendor to provide five-day janitorial services at a facility in East Alton, IL. The requested scope involves daily facility maintenance to preserve safety, health, and building performance. Specific duties include daily restock and thorough cleaning of restrooms using specified ammonia and acid disinfectants, floor mopping, carpet spot cleaning and staple removal prior to vacuuming, and daily removal of waste items to State-provided trash receptacles.
