USDA Forest Service Request for Quotation for Tier 3 Freight Incident Support Services

The USDA Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services, Incident Procurement Operations intends to issue a Request for Quotation to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercially available Tier 3 freight incident support services. The selected contractors must furnish tractors, trailers, box trucks, and drivers to deliver supplies and equipment for wildland fires and all-hazard emergencies across the Continental United States and Alaska. Services include offsite interstate transport with pickup and delivery required on unpaved roads to remote locations. Only onshore USA Total Small Business organizations registered in SAM under NAICS code 484110 are eligible to participate. Contractors must maintain a 24/7 communication system, a 7-day per week staffed office, and provide English-fluent, hazmat-qualified drivers as needed. The resultant firm-fixed-price agreements will run from award through December 31st of the awarded year, with annual pricing reviews.
