City of New Brunswick Laboratory Information Management System and Reporting Services

The City of New Brunswick requires a vendor to manage a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), sampling schedules, and a laboratory reporting program under #479-26RFP. The vendor will perform the work offsite at their own office premises. Only onshore vendors based in the USA are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must obtain proposal packets from the Purchasing Office and deliver sealed responses in the required form to the City Clerk's Office by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026. The outside of the sealed envelope must clearly state the specified project name and RFP number. The City Council will award the contract by a majority vote at a public meeting following a virtual public opening.
