Park Mural Project Services for Kenneth Adair Memorial Park

The Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance, in partnership with the City of Hot Springs, requires artists and artist teams to provide park mural project services at Kenneth Adair Memorial Park in downtown Hot Springs. Selected artists will create abstract, representational, or mixed-style concepts that do not need to cover the entire wall surfaces, and evaluators will give special consideration to designs incorporating UV-reactive elements. USA organizations are eligible to apply for this offsite work, which features a maximum project budget of $30,000. Applicants can submit responses digitally via email or online before the submission deadline on November 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT. All work must be completed by April 30, 2027.
