Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Hialeah, Florida is seeking disaster debris monitoring services to support the oversight and management of debris recovery contractors. The agency requires contract compliance supervision and inspection services, rather than professional engineering services, for debris generated from public rights-of-way, drainage areas, canals, waterways, and other designated public areas. The selected contractor must also provide damage assessment, training, emergency planning, public assistance consulting, and other disaster management services as ordered by the city. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform the required work offsite. The city has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to establish pricing. The agency requires all questions regarding this procurement to be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.
