Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Hialeah, Florida, is seeking disaster debris monitoring services to manage debris generated from public rights-of-way, drainage areas, canals, waterways, and other designated public areas. The agency needs to solve the problem of monitoring, documenting, and reporting debris removal activities to ensure compliance and prevent inappropriate contractor activities. The selected contractor will coordinate daily briefings, schedule work for all team members, assist the city with public concerns, issue accurate tickets, and develop daily operational reports. The scope of work also requires the contractor to assist the city by preparing all necessary information and documents for federal or state reimbursement and audits. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite in Hialeah, Florida. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 4, 2026.
